This document establishes the governing terms of use, data management protocols, and specific regulatory guidelines applicable to each user role (Citizen, Law Enforcement, and Moderator) accessing the Shadow Law Enforcement (LE) Web Portal.
All information entered into the system, including asset registrations, citations, and shift logs, must be accurate, verifiable, and truthful. The submission of falsified data, such as inaccurate vehicle specifications, manipulated operational metrics, or fraudulent payment verification proofs, shall constitute a gross violation of this policy. Such breaches will result in immediate and complete access revocation and may necessitate further severe administrative action, including the nullification of submitted data and permanent prohibition from the platform.
Data obtained from the portal, encompassing citizen records, personal identifiers, and operational logs, is strictly intended for official, in-game functions. The misuse, unauthorized disclosure, or dissemination of this sensitive information outside of the sanctioned operating environment, whether intentional or negligent, is expressly prohibited and constitutes a breach of confidentiality.
By using the portal, users acknowledge and consent to the collection and operational use of their Discord User ID, SGR Nickname, and Discord Username for the singular purposes of record-keeping, identification verification, citation issuance, and official communication within the server's jurisdiction.
The portal must not be employed for any form of harassment, disruptive conduct ("trolling"), or the targeted abuse of other users, regardless of their designation as Citizens, LE Officers, or Moderators. This includes the intentional exploitation of system features to create frivolous or disruptive records.
Citizens primarily interact with the portal for the management of personal assets and the comprehensive review of their legal and financial record.
